Privacy and data handling
You can use the downloader without creating an account here. This page describes the application's handling of song requests, temporary work and messages. It does not replace the separate policies of the source platform or hosting providers.
Song links and temporary files
The server requests the public song page and audio needed to resolve, preview or download your link. Result information is held in temporary server memory with a ten-minute expiry. Source downloads are streamed; conversion temporarily writes source and output files so the audio can be processed.
Prepared conversion downloads expire after ten minutes. The application schedules cleanup of expired jobs and their temporary output. This is not a permanent media library. These application expiry rules do not state a retention period for every hosting log or infrastructure record.
Browser preferences and hosting
The interface stores your theme preference in your browser's localStorage. The application uses request IP information for rate limits and stream capacity. Hosting, network services and Cloudflare may process technical connection information separately as part of delivering and protecting the site.
The application does not require your FlowMusic password, session cookies or private account credentials. Do not put those details into the song field or a support message.
Contact and rights reports
When you submit a form, the supplied email address, source URL and message are stored on the server with a reference ID, site and submission time for review. Include only information needed to explain the issue. No automatic report-deletion schedule or response deadline is promised here.
For a data-handling question, use Contact and identify the relevant report reference if you have one.
StatInside visitor analytics
This website uses the StatInside visitor counter. Requests to StatInside include the visited page URL, referring page, visit identifiers, browser and device information such as language and screen size, and interaction information such as clicks, scrolling and time on the page. Network requests also disclose your IP address to the provider.
The counter sets the si_usr_id visitor cookie for up to one year, renewed on visits, and the si_ses_id session cookie for approximately fifteen minutes, refreshed while a page remains open. These analytics identifiers are separate from the downloader’s ten-minute result sessions.
Depending on the counter configuration, StatInside can also record page content and interaction sequences for session replay, and collect browser errors. Analytics processing is separate from temporary media processing and the contact reports described on this page.
